We are all connected. Farmer or finance minister, president or plumber, we share the same home — this single, living planet. It’s the only home we have. So basically the responsibility of saving it, lies on each and every one of us, its our duty to take care of it since its the only planet in this vast universe known to have an environment, this environment that had provided us with food, dwellings, and has a vital role to the accomplishments we have done just yet, to become what we are now , to have what we have, because back in the old days, there wasn’t much of environmental problems in the world, since there wasn’t much smoke emitted from vehicles, and industries wasn’t that evolved, but as the industrial sectors and vehicles have evolved now, the environmental problems have evolved with it, and people start to have an admission that we have worldwide environmental issues, and by environmental issues we mean Pollution, global warming, overpopulation, Natural resources depletion, waste disposal, climate change, and the list goes on, and this is sadly all from humanity’s doing, our actions that have led us to this critical situation. And as we notice from the environment problems we all know, we see how global warming is important, because its a threatening issue, and more importantly, environmental one, one that’s related to our survival on this planet, because if global warming issue has arrived to a point where it can’t be fixed, we are all doomed, and WE all as dwellers of this planet wish this not to happen, because our years in this world in this specific area in the universe is numbered, the least we can do is to try and contribute to solve its problems with all our best and hardest, because we are gifted with intelligence that’s the reason why we humans are the dominants in this planet, and this intelligence should be used to sake of our home, and this lies on the people who we choose to be our leaders, our leaders who should care more about fixing our home than to start wars and cause the death of millions, because violence never was and never will be the answer, and its sometimes horrifying how we have to fight our own government to save the environment, and also, anything else that we’re hoping for isn’t going to happen if there’s no fresh air to breathe or clean water to drink, we don’t sit this one out, we have to do something. So if we all know our duties towards the environment and this planet, we might not come to the situation I’ve pointed out, because there’s no hint that help comes from elsewhere to save us from ourselves and our actions. Because we already know that our planet is in actual danger, and we still have the time to save it, but if the deadline comes and we have done nothing, there’s no excuses to what will happen, our planet isn’t a danger, we’re the danger, because What would be the use of a house if you haven’t got a tolerable planet to put it on?, and also I want to point out the importance of standing against deforestation, that is one of most absurd actions human mind can ever come up with, I mean, cut down trees and destroy forests to be used and sold as a fuel? Destroy the habitat of thousands of species and animals who have nowhere else to live and for what? To cause more environmental issues as there aren’t already? To drive and fasten the climate change? Because a nation that destroys its soils destroys itself. Forests are the lungs of our land, purifying the air and giving fresh strength to our people. And lastly This is our home, which is the earth, We shall cherish its natural wonders and its natural resources, cherish its beauty as a sacred heritage, for our children and our children’s children. So we all should take care of this pale blue dot in the vast universe, and shouldn’t let any greedy individuals try to skin our planet earth from its beauty and its heritage.
